You may want to look at joining an existing clan, as starting from scratch right about now will probably be difficult. I'd suggest checking out Twisted Redemption. We're a clan that's been around for a few months, but have only recently opened up our 360 division to recruits. If you're interested, you can check us out at http://trclan.net.
