In search of Competitive team...

Ok, I'm looking for a competitive team that plays TD or HTD. I'm a 23 yr old FPS gamer and I'm looking for a team that is mainly 18 and up. Reason why 18 and up is because I'm tired of playing with people who are immature and gripe and complain all the time.
I want a team who is active in gamebattles or some other kind of ladder. I am also wanting a team that uses strategies instead of just camping and running and gunning. Now I must say that I play mainly late evenings, which is 11pm to anytime central time.
