Hello everyone, Jacob here. Due to the massive excitement of the Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Multiplayer BETA, and the many disturbances happening on XBOX Live right now, there has been a mass amount of traffic slamming into the Charlie Oscar Delta homepage. After some time, and management, the Infinity Ward staff has stopped playing the Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare BETA, and began to work on the website.

What has happened today?
For those who have not been able to keep up with the flurry of events today. A lot of stuff has happened. News spread that the multiplayer BETA had reached the XBOX Live Marketplace. This was followed by the supporting fact that everyone working for Infinity Ward had been playing it, and it showed in their gamertag. The most popular being Fourzerotwo[/url:7346e]. There had also been a slip-up on the XBOX Live Marketplace Ticker[/url:7346e]. Shortly after this being reported to Activision, it was taken off, crushing the hopes and dreams of many poor gamers. The predictions look to be a timer on Monday, August 20, 2007, and the BETA arriving sometime between Tuesday, August 21, 2007, to Friday, August 24, 2007. All we know, is that they beta will be coming, "Sooner than you think."

We have had no updates as to when, or how, they are going to fix the massive traffic, but they have put up an under construction picture, and began to work on it. I feel bad to interrupt their game, but now they know they are wanted by a lot of people!
