Hello everyone,

I'm new to this board and fairly new to COD4. We mostly play it at our house once a month for our LAN party that we hold on the 1st saturday of every month. I have an entire dedicated server with the following specs:

Intel Xeon Harpertown 5410 Quad Core 2.33GHz
2GB FBDIMM
100Mbit F/D located in Texas

Currently the only this I have running on it is a COD4 server (67.228.185.163:28960). It is running S&D @ 32 players. I can configure it any way we prefer. We can also make other servers and a private or anything that we would require.

I have recently gotten into playing a lot more, and would like to form a clan or join up to one that is already established. The only real requirement I would have is that the players are mature, i'm not looking to play with 14-16 year olds as I am a little bit older and prefer not to deal with all the BS.

I have a mature tactical realistic clan called the Soldiers of Misfortune. That means that we discourage people that are annoying assholes that sound like they're 9, complete idiots that don't know how to play tactically and not to run into the enemies' bullets. me and another member are 16 in a couple months but the other members are in their 20s. There are a couple suggestions:
It helps to have a working headset, we do a lot of communicating during practices and scrims.
You need to have xfire that is how we all keep in touch and notify each other of any schedule changes, promotions, discharges, or just whatever.
You need to be able to follow orders, we are a tactical clan we need everyone where it will be most beneficial at any given moment.

WE have regular, required practice sessions Mon, Wed & Fri, 8pm-11pm eastern.
Of course many of the guys play the other nights of the week too

We use Ventrilo for voice comms, so make sure that's installed
and your mic is working when you try out with us.
