How do I record my xbox 360 screen?

I've been wanting to make a Montage on the 360, but have no idea how to record could someone help me here please?

You can buy a thing called a 'capture card', I dont have one myself but you plug it into your computer, and then to your monitor or 360 and it records whatever you do on your TV to your computer. Theres an external capture card which has less quality and an internal one that you have to install, but has better quality. Also, I believe the internal ones are cheaper since you have to install them yourselves, but Im sure theres plenty of guides on the internet. Hope this helps and Im sorry I couldnt give any specific names of companies that sell capture cards.

maybe buy some camera that can be plugged into your tv and record from it or just film your tv lol but that will be bad quality
