What would you like to see in Call of Duty 4 Patch 1.8?

I would like to see a perk where you can have two attachments like a silencer and red dot site. That would be great.

2 onths later and not ETA on this patch? Can a mod let us know what exactly will be in the new patch?

silencers for snipers, more than one item on normal weapons, (maby substatuting a pirk to have a silencer AND a red dot sight for example), points for killing choppers, and perhaps more pirks if possible.

when you get invited to a game it says recived invite-
you also need to be inited into a clan.to have that clan tag next 2 ur name

the aiming is better
the new maps are good but they are mostly for using a sniper on

A final bug fix to get rid of the damn iw3mp.exe error. It seems to keep glitching everytime an update comes out. Not sure if it is activision or punkbuster. This is the 4th time it has came around and screwed things up.

I've been an online gamer for more than 10 years so my perspective may be a bit different than today's newer gamers.

I would like to see an anti-camping setting where server admins such as myself can allow or dis-allow camping. The other ideas such as the silencer on the sniper are nice ideas as well. I do agree with more weapons and perks as well as adding my own request in.

There are modded servers that have a punishment for camping. I play one, if you sit in the same place for more than 15 sec you die and have a respawn delay of 10 seconds.

I would like to see two things related to mods.

1. The server browser should show you if servers are running mods. Before I set my filters to get rid of mods, I'd sometimes join a server, then have to sit through 10 minutes of downloading before I find out I don't like the mod. On that note, you should also be able to cancel a download from the server.

2. You shouldn't lose your rank in modded servers. I see no reason why playing a mod should make me have to start over from private.
