We have just added a new feature where anyone is able to set up their very own clan on this website. Each clan gets their own "profile" and mini-forum.

Example: 1337 Clan - PC & Mac Clans - COD4 Boards.com Clans

How to create your own clan: Go to COD4 Boards.com Clans and click on the Create My Own Clan link.

How to join a clan: Go to a clan's page and join it.. pretty easy :P

If you have any questions or comments about this feature or are unable to use it, please reply in this thread.

P.S. Once you create your clan don't forget to create a recruitment thread in the Clan Recruitment - Call of Duty 4 Forums (include a link to your clan page too!)

It is very cool, but a few things dont work:

The Smilies and Post Icons dont work, they come up a "X" Missing Icons.

There seems to be a default Clan Picture to every clan created, but there doesnt appear to be a place where you can set this picture ?

Your Clan shows up in the User Control Panel, but the link doesnt work it takes you to http://cod4boards.com/groups/groups.php?g=15 (my example) so if you replace the first "groups" with "clan" it works.

The above also effects people from joining your clan, the joining link also aims at "groups" instead of "clans" directory, which effects people from joining (unless they replace the groups)

The old /groups/ now redirects to the clan folder. I think I've also fixed the smilies. If you see any other missing images or stuff that doesn't work please let me know and I'll fix them.

Also, I'm looking into the image for each clan feature

I also wanted to add that people can spice up the description by using the bbcode (images, fonts, font-sizes, etc)
