That's not answering my question, if it's such a "tiny population" with such levels of maturity, why is there more than 1 mod then?
You can't rely on one person, yeah they are supposed to be on quite frequently but they have lives as well. Some go on vacation, some may have lost their power. You need multiple authority figures to keep a sight like this running.
The members of this site are well behaved and respectful, which makes our jobs easier, if anyone has a question they are welcome to PM a Mod anytime, we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

You're sharp mate. On that note tho, I didn't at any point declare a Moderator not having a life or doing things that don't go along with what their position is here, I made a clear point, and there isn't much of an arguement you have against it. I noticed 2 mods posting on here, hunky dorey there is other mods around.
Just because you don't always see a Mod posting doesn't mean we are not around. I view the site constantly, as do the other Mods, throughout the day, if there are no problems and if I don't see a reason to post - I won't. We try not to get in the way unless there is a problem (Code of Conduct violation, spam, people trying to sell something, etc..)

I do fully understand what you're saying and I don't have any arguement about it, I've just not seen many posts from moderators that is all, and only declared me seeing your post and another Mod's post in this thread.
I too just sent my application for a mod spot over.. I understand you guys are not currently looking for any more. However, I'm happy knowing it will be reviewed when the time you do need more comes along.

Like AC said, sometimes we visit the site for 30 mins or so, review te latest threads to ensure everything is fine, any problems are resolved quickly. Also, he said the members are well-behaved which is true, and this is another reason we dont need any mods at this time, because there aren't any major issues.
In lieu of all of the recent moderator applications and inquiries I want to say that we are not actively looking for any moderators. With the recent transfer of ownership we just gained a few more members to our staff, which offsets the need for any new staff despite the site's growth.
However, if I see that someone shows plenty of promise I will definitely consider it.
Keep applying, if I see that you show potential I will reply. Do not be offended if I give a latent, or nonexistent, reply.
