No, seriously. The grenade launcher is one of the best weapons in the game, if used correctly.

If you've ever used the grenade launcher, you use the 2 rounds, and then there's no more. BUMMER! How about an infinite supply of n00b t00b$? That's what I use.

The assault rifle choice DOESN'T matter, although I prefer to use the M16A4, because if you run out of t00b$ momentarily and you're in continuous fire, it's rather powerful and accurate. Wait, stop it right there. How do you get infinite n00b t00b$? ONE MAN ARMY!

M16A4 w/ Grenade Launcher

Claymore - more likely to kill, due to danger close.
One Man Army - infinite ammo, basically.
Danger Close - t00b$ do more damage.
Commando - for close range, M16 sucks at close range.

TAR-21 w/ Grenade Launcher
Thumper, AT4, Javelin, RPG all work well.
Frag - to spam, you'll have something like.. infinte ammo.
Scavenger - quicker than OMA(you dont switch classes), but you wont ALWAYS have infinite ammo.
Danger Close - R3PP1N D@T $0UTHSYD3 4 LYF3
it's a throw up for the 3rd perk, i'd have to say commando, for close range situations, but it's whatever.

Both are quite beast.

Plant claymores wherever you want to, you have no limit to how many of those you have; it's good when you get in a building you like and can see many enemies, so they won't be able to come in without getting killed, or you could plant claymores in high traffic areas.

Don't be conservative on the t00b$, you have infinitely many.

If you have Danger Close Pro, get good air support as your killstreaks(one idea is Harrier>Pave Low>Chopper Gunner, DCP makes the air support do more damage.

This class is a great idea for any objective-based game, enemies should be around the objectives, which you'll be able to t00b upon.

People probably will look at this class as n00by, but it's actually a good class, and has its disadvantages, just like any other class.

Direct impact hits are OHK's in close range.

It depends on your playing style, but I find that staying in a definite area is helpful(doesn't mean to camp).

This may not be a guide necessarily, but I just wanted to share this to people who haven't heard of it or don't know the specifics.

Please try out these classes, and tell which one you like better by posting.

LOL! I enjoyed the read. You will get slammed and hated on but I support your advise. The game needs a fun factor and this was a saving grace class for a couple weeks. And they thought Overkill tubes were bad in the previous game!

Yeah I used this for a while BUT:

1. I would use the SCAR-H because it is really powerful and probably the strongest assault rifle WITHOUT stopping power

2. I didn't think steady aim makes grenade launchers more accurate? The aiming reticule is the same.

1. m16 has less recoil, and the burst fire makes for easy kills. but if you'd like to get statistical, that's your choice, but i REALLY like the m16.

2. it might not make it more accurate, i don't know how to test it, although i think i'll stick with steady aim.

shoot, this isn't a fun factor for me, although owning and getting my harrier and pave low IS fun! haha

n00b alert lol!
Just 2 disagreements though,

1. Steady aim DOES NOT increase n00btube accuracy, so perhaps use commando (because the M16 sucks at point-blanc range)

2. How about Scavenger instead of OMA?

P.S The AR with the most damage per second is the TAR-21

what if you don't kill an enemy? no scavenger pickups. one man army is the sure way to go, at least i think. you'll always have ammo, no matter what. i'll play some with scavenger and use the thumper as my secondary, or the at4, and see how i like it.

Using this class can be pretty fun playing Domination on Terminal... If you get top spawn, plant a claymore to cover the book shop, stand back around the metal detectors and lob tubes at A&C, <3 running Pred Missle, Harrier, CG... Pred Missle on steriods, Harrier kills 'em before they can shoot, and CG=Spawn Rape FTW.

I like using the noobtube sometimes to get me playing mw2 happily. But, scavenger is easier because you just walk over. And for OMA, it takes a long time to just get 2 more grenades...I dont have pro. I havent tried with OMA yet, and i dont know why OMA is better than scavenger. Unless, there is a glitch or something like that, that the greanades are unlimited...Is it like that? or do u only get 2?

Its unlimited if you keep switching to the class when you run out. OMA is better than Scavenger in some ways, but its seemingly slow if you don't have pro with it. I'd highly advise getting it to pro.
