Well, not really. But I am addicted to CoD4, sometimes to my own chagrin. I mostly think it's a great game, but there are a few issues which you will no doubt see me complain about endlessly (my personal favorite is CoD4's spawning system which gets me killed almost as much as my mediocre skill). I'm not a remarkable player, but I'm not terrible either. Sometimes I kick ass, other times I get my ass kicked.
I'm extremely competitive, which can make me a sore loser. But it also means I really want to be a better player than I am. In particular, there is one big thing about this game which has me stumped; when watching my own death in the killcam, it seems as though other players are able to simple bring their crosshairs straight to their target and either stop or track on a moment's notice. I just don't get it. If I don't take a moment to take aim, my bullets will go anywhere but into my target. That moment usually costs me my life. How can I get my targeting to lock on the way so many players seem to do?

hey man, welcome to the boards. A word of advise if you are going to stay for awile, stay on topic and be respectful. We loof forward to what you have to say.
Hey Dave! Welcome to the forums. The 2 guys that posted above me are some of the best in the game, (i'm ok), so if you have any other questoins, don't hesitate to ask. And to answer your question, what sensitivity do you use? I prefer a higher sensitivity, and strictly from playing many many many games, I have learned how much to move my right analog stick so that I am looking straight at a certain position. It's simply something you learn from experience. My recommendation is to practice and practice. you'll get better, dont worry.
