NVIDIA GeForce FX5200
Computer Intel(R) celeron CPU 2.40GHz, 2GB RAM
Service Pack 2
DirectX 9.0c

Can CoD 4 , full game, work on my lame computer? =P

It might not. According to the minimum specs if requires a Video card that is GeForce 6 series or above. effexx made a post about Can You Run It Check there and see if it works. If it is only your video card that fails you should be able to upgrade that and pass.
