Would you rather spend the money to have another company build your computer, or would you rather build it yourself and buy the parts from companies like Newegg.com?
In my personal opinion, I would build my own.. But for some people that still don't know how.. How would they go about it, :)
For my first decent gaming PC I bought it custom on a site, for the next upgrade I just kept a couple things like the video card and hardrive and then bought new parts off Newegg.
I will only use computers built by myself mostly just to keep up to date on every little thing that was wrong and goes wrong or even could go wrong with it for when I install something new or something fries (like the video card and PSU).
Exactly, if you break it or not.. Or something happens, you know usually why, what happened, how to fix it, or what to do/who to contact to fix it. You don't have to rely on someone else to ship you the parts, or wait on the support of your comp for hours at end..
Unless, yourself is very lazy, then support can take awhile.
I build PC's 24/7 I work for my uncles computer store I've learned alot over the last 8 years. I built my newest one, but I think I'd pay 8gran to have an alienware comp.
