I think MacMillan is cooler, "There's to much radiation, we'll have to go around" in his awesome accent is the best.

MacMillan and Price are both great characters. In the beginning of the game I thought Price was going to turn on them at the end but I guess not. As for MacMillan I think he is the best character in the game his accent is superb and his tactics are quite good. I really like the twist from going from "Soap" to Captain Price as a Left tenant ( a trainee to the sniper). Two both good characters.
