You mean like where and when to use the perk? Yeah I could probably do that, Maybe for the Perk 1 Catagory, some1 else take over 2 and some1 else 3. then we could just expand on each others ideas ya kno?

Well I can work on the Perk 1 catagory, I gues I play 2 or so games with each Perk, rate them from 1-5 or 1-10, state uses and pros/cons. yeah it could work out, I might start on it tomorrow.
