It really depends on your gameplay. I play a lot of HC, so I'd want SoH instead of Stopping Power. But If you play regular, then I suggest a scope and Stopping Power - just in case.
Let's analyze this then: because it's TDM people are only playing for kills, which pretty much lowers your life expectancy (no offense, this is true for everyone). Therefore, we can rule out Bandolier, RPG, Claymores, or C4. Frag x3 might be your best bet, but you also might want to try out Special x3 to flash some people before you kill them (easier in CQB situations).
Third perk: You can try extreme conditioning to get from place to place. Steady Aim helps, but if you have a sense of center, then you won't need it.
The second perk is the hardest, and I really recommend you play this to your playstyle. If you can't knock someone down fast enough for your own comfort, then use Stopping Power for the time being (and then switch - this is how you improve!). SoH should only be used if you reload often (which you shouldn't - because it's a LMG). Many times when I use LMGs, I don't reload until I have like 5 bullets left - but usually I'm killed before then.

aslo i own in SND
n0vad3m0n im glad someone agrees with me on SoH! I have never once thought, ever, "boy im glad i put SoH, because another 1.5secs of reloading and id have been a goners!" and i use double tap so no excuses.
and those that think grip and dt are stuck at the hip: if you aim at the guys stomach, the recoil will bring the sights straight through the chest and to a kill. then you can use rds like i do, and still have 3 frags or stuns(i like stuns 4 lmg builds).
i actually use my (legit Gold) lmg to snipe and rush. if im in a good spot, i set up my gaymores (perk 1) and if need be, spraying time, then reload with SOH (perk 2) and sometimes spraying thru 2 or 3 walls will be must, so deep impact as no other perk is really that good with it and steady aim doesnt really effect ur crosshair that much...if u play pussy softcore u can tell the difference...

ACOG with deep impact is insane on it in hardcore, when I was using it my KD was above 3 every game, the penetration is nuts and the ACOD improves the range and recoil
Yeah, dont use steady aim. The free-aim is still terrible.
I'd save that perk space for another. Last stand is always a good one. And also, use an SMG or Shotgun as a primary weapon so your guy runs faster and has a decent CQB weapon.
Wait, wait. If you aint playing hardcore ignore everything i say.
