I use steady aim on my ninja class because I'm an excellent free aimer with the MP5. For anyone who says well if you're that good, use EC, or DS. No thanks I would much rather like to make me even more deadlier.

They're both very good classes. Dead Silence is an excellent perk, but it doesn't really make difference because half the people I play against have Turtle Beach, so I don't see the point. I do slap it on the 3rd perk slot now and again, but I still prefer steady aim.

Lately, MP5 silenced, M9 silenced, stun or frag x 3 (depending on mood), UAV, and DS. Once in a while, I'll take stopping power over UAV, but that's when I hear the dreaded "the enemies UAV is on-line!"... just as I enter a house full of them.

Maybe it's just me, but I've found the MP5 to be damned good from the hip even without steady aim.

When I'm having a good night (rare), or if I'm on a map I know well enough (some maps - like Chinatown and District - I'm just directionally challenged on for some reason) I can tear it up with that class. Other times, just so-so. But I'm always in the positive doing it.

Even if you have UAV jammer and you shoot a non silenced weapon you still come up on their radar as a dot, I think thats what ur saying

EDIT: Unless you play hardcore and the enemy doesnt have a UAV ofcourse
