I just started playing S&D just a little while back after playing headquarters and I need tips. Please help!

General tips:

1.) Stay alert - this is not time to be a hero. If you think an area's hot, don't go near it!

2.) Play with friends. It's easier to communicate.

3.) With number 2 being said, communication is key.

4.) Designate 2 slots of your custom classes to SnD, one offense, one defense.

5.) Each slot idealy should have Overkill, with a sniper and a silenced weapon. The only difference should be in the first perk, Bomb Squad for Offense, and perhaps C4 or Claymores for Defense.

I agree with most of the above, except for the overkill.
If I am terribly bored I'll write out maps of Grenade Spam points, anyone want some?

usually i go for the gun selection i have for the map type
i.e. my m16 for midrange and long range maps (strike, overgrown etc) p.s. i am a god on strike with m16, so ya, its a good idea =D
i use my mp5 (smg class) for close range maps like vacant, district, backlot (for what i do, its close range) and i rush on bloc =( hate it but hey, its on rotation and vote not on... (i suck at sniping as well, and u only get one life, so i go with wat i do best)

on some more open maps or if im just feeling really really mean, i go with my all around SND class: (heres a great class, so pay attention kids)
silence g36c, deagle, claymores (use it in defense, and cover ur camp spot or ur position in offense), stop power or sleight of hand (i switch em around), deep impact (again, IT DOES WONDERS)
