Depends on the server and the map...3x frags are useful on servers that dont care about early nades and on small maps...3x special is useful for corners...but usually i have bandolier on lol.

it depends on what game mode i'm playing, if i'm playing HQ i'd use frags, but i wouldn't even dare throwing random frrags in hardcore. if i'm using my smg ghost class, i'd use special. If i had to pick, i'd use frags.

Clearly, a frag can kill somebody whereas a flash/stun typically won't. However, you can throw a flash/stun and have it explode in about 1 second. If you're in combat or if you just retreated through a door then you can't really use a frag because of the 5 second fuse.

The frag is still probably more useful though.

x3 frags great for levels you know spawn spots as you can pretty much get 3 kills everytime.
x3 special I feel is best with MP5 RDS with UAV jammer, sneaky SAS style and flashes hurt slightkly and blind at same time, awesome for the levels with lots of rooms, district, vacant etc.

I usually take Frags, because they kills, whereas even if you stun someone, they can blind fire and still manage to hit you, I know I have done that to people when i've been stunned.

However.

There are a couple of spots, when you have a limited window to make a shot, that stunner are well handy, because they slow the enemy escape, giving you more time to take them out.

plus you get them later on in the game instead of in the early levels
so that says something now doesnt it? lolz
