Well according to the stats on that encyclanpedia site. It has a 1.5x multiplier to the head neck and it says torso but I think it means the upper torso. That means that stopping power doesn't make a difference because if you dont hit them in the head neck or upper torso its still 2 hit kill. The only time it would make a difference is when shooting through a wall or juggenaught.

Yeah it does do more damage but its still a 2 shot kill so unless you use another gun to finish them off you wont see a difference.

Dude I can use Stopping Power and no stopping power to kill someone with the Dragunov across the map unless they have you know, juggernaut!
