yes i just figured it out, the arabs (muslim) want to kill the americans and vice versa. (the characters in cod4)

All is fuelled from the hate of belief between muslims and rest of the word.

In the game they already died for what they believed in. Why do they need to kill everybody else? It should be just like last stand, where you actually had to push the grenade button.
Or, anyone who uses martyrdom should just die right after respawning, yay!

alot of apostles and saints were martyrs died for faith etc
