I know this is a gaming board and what was said should be taken in the context of a game but to trivialize WWI as not being much fun is a little offensive to me. Maybe it's because I think the lives of those that were "mowed down" deserve to be put in a better light rather than in the context of a game in the first place.

Again, I know it's a game but please don't relate the deaths of those that died as no fun because they were mowed down.

No there wasn't. besides it would be bolt action rifles, nothing automatic except mounted, watercooled machine guns.

yea youre definitely right i respect everyone who died during WWI in the name of our country... but i was just saying.. IF there was a game it wouldnt be fun....

WW1 was more than trench fighting. More guys died in this war than in WW2. If you have time, check out the Military history channels series World War One, its very well done and informative.

they already have a game after ww2 where usa lost and nazis take over usa
it is supposed to be a good game forgot what it was called though
