Question I need help!
Will cod4 run on a XBox 360 Arcade without a hard drive???? I will get a hard drive soon, but I need to know. Also, with a wireless Network adaptor do you need anything or do you just plug'n'play?

Um u probably could play it. If ya cant, get a memory card for the time being. No idea about network (me sas did that)

It should be fine if you have a memory card, you just need something to store the patch if you want to play online. I think your online stats are stored on a server somewhere, though.

The stats are stored on an online server so you should be able to play multiplayer with no HDD, although it might say that you need to have a game-save for single-player before you can continue. I don't have a 360 so not entirely sure. One way to find out though.

Actually, now that I think about it, the patch is stored to the cache, not storage memory. In that case, you shouldn't need any memory, unless you want the map pack.

special router??? for what? you will need ethernet connection for online play but to just play single player a memory card will do fine to store you game save on it.

OMG. Read the freaking topic. I am not going to use a Ethernet cable!! I am going to use a Wireless Network Adaptor!!! Do I just plug it in or do I need a home network too???????

Yes it will run.

You can run most any games, but you wont be able to save hardly anything.

If you cant afford a HDD, just run to walmart and grab a mem card.
