Setting my controls

If this has already been asked im sorry for the repeat question. I play left handed and I am trying to use the key pad for some of my controls but all its doing is reading the number so when in the game it will only read the number line instead of the key pad. Please help. I have to take my hand off of my movement keys in order to reload, crouch, ect. Thanks for the help!
