MP maps not showing up on 1.7 plz help

I been playing the mp custom maps for a while now and i just installed vista 64 from x86 and installed cod4 1.6 patch then the 1.7 patch.

when i refresh server list i only get the regular maps to pick from except for only 2 mp.. is there another patch i do not know about yet?
