Loading Map - Never Finishes PS3

So just the past day when i go into a server it starts loading the map - generally it takes 5 seconds, but lately it won't even get halfway - it just sits there then 10 minutes later it just takes me back to the online main menu.

so i downloaded the variety pack to see if it changed anything - no.
not all maps do it either.
like i can go to overgrown it takes maybe 10 seconds - but then i try and go to vacant and it fails.

it's not just on online either.
