The problem starts at patch 1.6

- The server list gives only 3 or so servers with double digit pings, then all the others skyrocket to the 200's and up
- when I try to connect to a server it gets stuck at Synchronizing Game settings... 5 minutes go by and I time out
- before 1.6 the game worked great! i played with each patch individually and they all worked fine when i connected to a server then it screwed up at 1.6
- 1.6-1.7 has the same problem

- I've reinstalled twice
- Changed Windows Firewall to allow COD Multiplayer and Singleplayer individually
- I do have a Netgear CG814WG v2
- I've been reading all day about people with my exact same problem and besides what I've done so I cant find a solution

Could anyone help getting my game working properly with these patches or explain why this is happening I really don't understand... Also if anybody has the same modem as me and knows how to deal with it I'm all ears.
