Can anyone tell me exactly how EXP points are awarded In the Online mode???

you get points for every kill and you slowly increase your rank like that

Points are different per Gametypes:

DM & TDM - 1 kill = 5 points
S&D - 1 kill = 50 points
- 1 kill with Bomb = 100 Points

They also run double points sometimes to help new users gain points. I believe that is what it is referring to.

Thanks that helps now how do Clans work (i.e. schedualing, and getting on the same teams) and how are you recrutted by one???

I play on Xbox360 and before you enter a game you are in a lobby by yourself. You then have an option to invite friends/clan members to your personal lobby. Once you are happy with the people in your lobby you select join game and you are all put into a game together based on whats available.
