Hi I'm having issues where I can turn my xbox on, have a few matches and level up to 36, unlock red dot sight for guns and all. Although when I restart or turn my xbox back on, I'm back to level 35, The red dot sight for the guns is gone. I still have all my perks and SOME of the addons for the guns.
I have a 1500/256 kbps internet connection, The xbox is running through (2) routers and (1) modem. I have cleared my cache, still no difference.

That sounds more like a problem with X-box live, as it isn't saving what you do. Get closer to level 36, or play one, or two games, save it and then see what happens, if it goes back on you.

That happens to me sometimes, it's annoying.

I found that setting up the Xbox with a fixed IP address and then putting that into the DMZ on my router fixed the problems. Quite how you would do that in your set-up, I don't know.
