CoD 4 Stuck at updating in Steam!

When i tries to launch CoD4 (both SP and MP), Steam says that it needs to be updated, and starts the update. But it is still stuck at 0% with 200kbs down after one hour. And i really want to play again! (I had the same issue yesterday)
