I am stuck on level 14 because every few games a message comes up saying, " You must have an active network connection to play online" so i have to go to the single player screen or sign in and out. When I go back to the multiplayer screen my level goes back down to 14, no matter how much xp I get. All my other games are working fine so its not my connection. I called activision and xbox support but no help there. It is very fustrating so does anyone have any suggestions? All help is appreciated.

Yeah, im having that EXACT same problem. Ill play a really great match, and once its done, it will say" Error: server connection timed out" and a few seconds later, it will say" You must have an active network connection to play online or system link matches", and then ill go back to single player and back into multiplayer, or ill sign out and back in, and ive lost all of my progress form the previous match. IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO FIX THIS, PLEASE TELL ME IN FULL DETAIL ON HOW TO DO IT!

I fixed this for myself on my Xbox by assigning the Xbox a fixed IP Address and then putting it into the DMZ on my router (usually found in the 'firewall' section of the router setup)
