I can connect to multiplayer with out any friends. Once I try to invite 2 out of my 3 fellow co-workers they can not connect with me. They get a black screen that says can not connect with host and pushes them back out to the general screen. When I try to connect with them I get the same thing. The funny thing is that We all can connect to the #3 friend. This worked for a few weeks, but last night it seemed more difficult. We could all get into the group but then the screen just sat there and spun trying to get into a match. Then we would get a message that the party was no longer active. What’s the deal???

Sounds like someone has a bad connection to me. I'm not sure though, sorry i couldn't help.
