Yes there is, Go Here To Download The 1.6 Files, - http://www.sylfaster.co.uk/CoD4_Down..._1.6_files.zip
Replace The Files In The COD4 Directory,Then Open Up Regedit, Go To HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE,Software,ActivisionCall Of Duty 4, And Change Both The Version To 1.6, Hope This Worked For You
