Either wrong region or maybe the people you are partying with don't have it. If they don't have it your's gets disable too.

oi it isnt you mate, if you join in with a party and says that the map is disabled it just means that somebody in the party hasnt got the maps, also i dont know what to tell you, if you have the maps you shouldnt have a problem even though right now the maps are just integrated with the playlist
