It's either BAR-ett,or bar-ett (no emphasis, which is actually correct).

It's NEVER bar-ETT... that's something girls put in their hair.

Its pronounced the first way.

how do i know ?

Future weapons on discovery channel featured this gun, and thats how all the US Marine Snipers pronounced it aswell as teh weapons manufacturers,

I think they'd know best.

Issue solved as far as im concerned unless jesus comes back and tells me otherwise.

however if that happeneed my blasphemus athiest ways would be more aof a concern than pronunciation.
