I really will. why? for 1 simple reason. IF I TAKE YOU OUT - THEN THE ENEMY WONT GET THE POINTS.

So, if I see you in last stand, I will kindly and quickly put a G3 in your head. It will be quick, it will be painless. Much better than lying there dying, and much better than getting knifed by the enemy. PLUS I saved some points.

So if I do this to you, DO NOT seek revenge on me. I did it for the team. Seriously, I did.

Yeah there are times where LS is pointless

It's actually pretty good for HC... for that very reason. Most people don't rush in HC, so you're usually shot from farther away. That being said, if you're in last stand, there's not much point to being alive, and having a teammate kill you saves your team 10 points.

I do this all the time to my teammates, 10 less points for the enemy and it adds up over the duration of the match.

Wait I've never played HC before so please forgive my lack of knowledge, there's no penalty for "betraying" your teammates?

I usually don't mind a teammate killing me in last stand, but there have been times when I was half a second away from killing the guy who put me in last stand but been killed by a teammate, and that is frustrating. I usually won't kill my teammates in last stand unless they ask me to.

I will give them a few seconds to shoot back at the person that killed them but if they don't kill them right away then I shoot them because chances are they won't kill them.
