Anyone know if theres any plans to release any more maps ? Ive downloaded the first map pack, but really really hope they release more. Im sure hundreds of people would be interested in parting with a few more ££££££'s to get em....

Theres been some talk, but no 1 is sure. If they do then awsome but this time i hope they release like 6 Im tired of spending 800MSP for 4 crappy maps. and 1 that you rarely play.

yes, they should make 15 maps and let the players choose the the best 5 they like and sell those

I disliked how the original COD4 maps were based off of the storyline, which shows that there really isn't any creative or original background. However the variety map pack did show some interesting maps, which was nice.

3/4 new maps are also in the storyline?

I highly doubt there will be anymore maps. They are working on COD5 now, there resources are going there, the later it gets, the more unlikely we will see anymore. As a company, you don't want to discourage people from buying the new game. I would like to see 15 new maps, I didn't like the 3 new ones they did release (killhouse is never available) so we paid 800 MS points for 3 maps.

if cod5 is ww2 tho, myself and alot of other people will probably not be playiing it, so they should get new maps!!!

If they get new maps, i wont get them because the 1st map pack sucked. I hate all of those maps. Broadcast was great at the beginning, but they played it too much and now it is boring.

CoD5 is being made by a different company than CoD4. That would have no effect in if they were going to make new maps or not.

Well I would. The more maps the better in my opinion. Do think 800MS points was a little steep though, just think how much revenue they made by selling the map pack alone !
