Server disappeared from list, can still connect?

Sorry if this is a repeat, no luck on the search:

Long story short, Vista SP1 sucks! After re-installing my system and COD4 (thankfully profiles were backed up) I can no longer see one of my favorite servers in the list (master list). I've updated the patches etc.. and I can connect through the console via the IP address. Any idea what's going on? Also, does anyone know how to add to the favorites list via the console. I'm a fan of RTFM but I can't find a manual for the console.
