Default Can't execute server.cfg

Hey guys, ive been reading around teh forums a bit and i can't seem to figure out what is wrong with my CFG file? Everytime i lauch my shortcut it says it can't execute my server.cfg.. any advice? Alright i got my CFG to work, now there is a problem of connecting, even i can't connect to it..

Post your cfg file and your arguments in your .exe command line. We can try to help if we had these things to look at.

ok im new to cod4 on the pc so does any one know where i can find my cfg file im trying to use some of these cheats on single player and it sayes i need to change "seta monkeytoy" value from "1" to "0" so if any 1 can help me that would be awsome.

I am having the same issue, my server.cfg won't execute either

Not sure why it's not working I have it placed in the main folder of the server folder (I've got a separate folder for the server itself) until this point I've had to set everything with cod-rcontool but if I have have to restart the server that will be a hassle having to go through everything again.
