Hey 7even! You cracked me up with your last post <lol>. A virtual hug and kiss right back at ya. I'm guessing you're European and I've heard that Europeans are a friendly lot. Just don't ask me to hold hands and skip through the forest while singing 'Kumbaya' at the top of our lungs and things'll be just fine. I don't want to be pegged as a tree-hugger (not that there's anything wrong (ahem) with them/that). BTW, do you know of any servers/sites that specifically cater to newbies? I'd like to play somewhere where the players are just as clueless and lost as I am so I have a smidgeon of a fighting chance. I did well on the SP campaigns in the game, but when I get onto the MP sites with REAL people and not the computer/disk, it's humiliating. Oh well. Now that I've practically bared my soul (so to speak) about my gaming abilities (or lack of), how much are you willing to bet that other forum members who read this will be looking specifically for ME so they can blow me away and add to their kill stats <lol>?? In any case, any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hmmm, I don't really know servers that are exclusive new player servers. So my advice to you is: keep playing, find servers where you like playing, with nice people, we all started as newbies. I got killed numerous times in ways that bring a red blush of shame on my cheeks. Keep playing the game, try the SP on veteran. Oh, try finding servers that don't have alot of players on them, like 4 5 6 people, then you can learn the maps without getting shot at every 5 feet. Try playing Free for All, then you can focus on how to effectively use weapons because you don't have to bother with teammates, bombs to be placed or defused, objectives (well, there is one KILL EVERYONE YOU SEE!), ...

Important things
1 Get to know the MAPS as if you lived on them all your life
2 Get to know the weapons and how to use them in any situation
3 PRACTICE

My bet on people searching You to kick your A§§? Very small, seen that you didn't put up an Xfire account. Or you would have to be using Raquel as COD4 alias too.

*rapidly puts away his acoustic version of " Kumbaya" and his forest map and replaces them with an M40 and a Desert Eagle to kick some Raquel A§§ *
