My problem: if team A wins a round and Team B wins a round it goes to "Overtime" AKA sudden Death. "No Respawn" I have tried so MANY things. I want to change is so i will play 3 full rounds. Any help would be great.

Also, I have auto balance on. However, It will auto balance ONLY after the round beginning. is there a way to have it in the Middle?

Your Round Limit is probably forcing the Sudden Death as this is set to 3 and your Score Limit is 2, so the most Rounds you are going to play is a 2 -1 score.

So my theory is if you set your Round Limit to 4 (which you will never play) this should make the 4th round the Sudden Death not your 3rd one....does this make sense ?

Auto Balance is abit of a pig, there is no way around this...
