Dedicated Server not in the Master List

Help! I am running a dedicated server but it is not showing in the master list. I am behind a router but I have thrown the server IP into the DMZ so I am wide open but still it doesn't show. I can see it locally but friends cannot connect via IP either. Thoughts?

are u sure ur running it on the internet and not LAN?

I agree if you can only see it locally you may have set it up as a LAN Server instead of Internet :?:

make sure in your config you have this:

set dedicated "2"

That 2 must be a 2 in order for you server to be recognized on the internet.

(0 = Listen, 1 = LAN, 2 = Internet)

I have the same exact problem.

I have the server DMZ'd. Every single port that needs to be open is obviously open through DMZ. Yet it still wont show up in the server list, and no one can connect to it through ip. I can connect locally through lan.
And I know for certain that it's set as a dedicated internet server, not lan server.

Can anyone help?

i have the same problem too. i start the console and the set it to dedicated two, but it only shows up locally.i KNOW it's on 2 because i did it a million flipping times! can someone please help me?!?!?!>

It might just take a while for it to show up. Can any of you get someone to connect to your server via console?

i can connect my console just fine but noone can connect to it because its on local. i need to figure out how to get it to show up on the master server list.

Even if it doesn't show up on the master server list other people should be able to connect to it via console. Double check to make sure the ports are unblocked and that you're running it in dedicated mode 2

I am having a similar problem so hopefully I can provide some more details and hopefully someone can help. I am running through the DMZ as well, and the port is open, I have checked that. I can connect through my internal IP to my server, however it will not appear on the master server list, and stats.callofduty.com cannot find it either. I'm not sure what exactly is the problem, no active firewalls, router isn't causing any problems neither is my isp. Any thoughts?
