Server Ranking & Ingame server list

This is a two fold question:

1.) Tips on gaining rank faster...we sit on it and spectate when not playing, I have advertised the you know what out of it...lol

2.) 75% of the time the server wont show up in the ingame server list, the other 25% it will. It is like this for everyone I know. It is in the low 10K ranking after only 2 weeks of existance. We have AAAAAAA at the beginning so when server names are alphebatized, we should be in the top 5.

Any help is appreciated, I dont want my money to go to waste
