I was having issues getting an internet server up and running using a dynamic dns host, it would never show up properly online.So i took the machine used for hosting hocked it directly to my cable modem using the usb connection and then hooked my router to the server machine and used internet sharing on the server machine. I had to change the IP of the router to something other than 0.1 cause the server takse that address to share the internet, but now my server shows up online and I can access using the dynamic dns link. the problem was it was giving my local IP port 28960 and giving my internet some :-xxxx port i think i may be a bug in the game, but im not sure , but rearranging my setup definately solved the problem hope that helps anyone out there having issues with there server showing up and the such
