is there anyway to turn off claymores? or just make it so they don't kill people. I hope there is a set scr_ code for this. Thanks.

there are a few easy programs to use for rcon, 1) ModernRcon and 2) RconMax, and probebly a few more.
RconMax has more options and has abbility to turn on/off weapons (if running a mod) unfortunaly i cant see the perks in there.
An other option is to add a setting in the .cfg file: "set perk_allow_claymore_mp 1"
without "" and 1 is on, 0 is off

Just remember that everything is available in a ranked server, once you start disabling them you usually need to run it as a Modded Server so your changes actually work.

Why do u want to turn claymores off? :S Just dont use them?

You could always just make "server rules" to not allow certain items, tho they'll still be useable and you'll have to police it. its able to work
