Match Start Delay/ Comprehensive variable reference?

Hi all I am trying to tweak my shiny new public server from gameservers.com and I have figured most things out, except I want to make the match start delay shorter, instead of 5 seconds, is this possible, if so, which variable, I have seen grace period but I don't think that is it?

Also, does anyone know a comprehensive COD4 server cvar guide or list becuase I cannot find a proper list anywhere, surely the developer would release a PDF of sorts but I can't find it.
