hi, I've followed the custom map server tutorial above and all seems good but when I try to connect from my second machine via LAN and it goes to redirect download of the mod and ff from the remote server, i get this message:
"mp_mycustommapname.ff is different to the server".
I know this isn't true i've checked the ff file ( uploaded custommap ff again from my server usermaps folder and checked my remote server paths very carefully all looks ok. I am using awe4 mod which works fine on the standard maps. Any suggestions?

removed mp_mymapname.FF files from COD4/zone/eng/

also moved the mymapname.iwd from the mods folder back to the usermaps folder
Now it works like a charm!
