I hope some one here know how to change the Air-Strike OFF on the server?

I have a projekt I work with and I need some support now.
I deeply hope some one here have the knowlage I looking for.

* I need the code line that can change the damage level on the
Helicopters Machingun bullets.
* I need the code to change the Helicopter fly time
* I need the code lines to take off Air-Strike

The code lines for the Helicopter I find at many places but not
about the Air-Strikes.
