i need some help!!

i'm searching for a mod that remove fogs,leaves etc from the maps to install on my server. I found the pam 4.02 and i create a custom ruleset (most of perks and weapons enabled, hardcore mode)...i have a questions:

if i start a server in PUB mode (pam_mode pub) there's no need to press F to start the match... but if i switch to cbhc mode, for example, the pre-match time appeared and all the players have to press F... How can i put my own ruleset without the pre-match fase? there is a way to disable it?
