If that does'nt work try opening the console ("§" this button) unless its an american key board in that case I would'nt know, anyways open the console and write:

(The games IP they wish to connect to...)

Actually looking for a Mod that allows me to have lvl 55 and custom the perks right before you start the server.

When you install the game, you also install the ModWarfare... mod. It gives you all the weapons from the start + you can edit them ingame, otherwise it's the same game as the regular CoD4.

No problem i guess, and just so you know... everything is unlocked in MoDWarfare but there are no ranking in it. Your regular CoD4 ranking will reamain the same way you left it.
