How much does cod4 download?

Hi

My internet is with telstra. It is a 25gb plan which means once I download 25 gigabytes worth of programs, it slows down to very very very very slow speeds.
Ever since I have had cod4 on my ps4 playing online, I have been going over the limit every month.
Does cod4 use downloads? If so how much? Would it use more than watching youtube videos or using msn?
Any info is greatley appreciated.

if you host a server (you need good internet to do so) this is aprox the amount wasted:
